What we discuss will be held in confidence and not shared with others. However, our discussions are not privileged for legal purposes. The privilege of confidentiality that exists for the clergy, therapists and attorneys is not granted to coaching professionals. That said, coaching is a confidential process, and your personal information will always be protected.

The approach taken is more geared towards groups of any size -- couples, families, small businesses. Executive coaching is focused on leaders in business, and is primarily available to individuals. Schedule a free 20-minute consultation, and let's discuss what outcomes you want to achieve.

Some situations can be resolved in one coaching session. Some gain more from a series of three sessions, or more. At your free consultation, we can discuss what makes the most sense -- and it may change over time! Committing to multiple coaching sessions in advance can provide cost savings.
